Ten Minutes To Make Salmon and Spinach Tarts

- 1 can pink or red salmon shopping list
- 4 frozen individual puff or pastry pie shells shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup single cream shopping list
- 1 handful fresh spinach leaves shopping list
- Pinch of cayenne shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Divide salmon into 4 portions and place each portion in individual pie shell.
- In a mixing bowl, mix egg, spinach, cayenne, salt, pepper and cream with a hand blender until well blended.
- Pour into each pastry shell, covering salmon.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
