This is a recipe our daughter named "Dirty Chicken" when she was little and would ask for this for dinner. It's easy and tasty so I was happy to oblige. It makes a nice sauce so I always served it with rice to soak it up.

Ingredients
  • 6 chicken cutlets
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown mustard
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. curry powder or more to personal taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Melt the butter in a baking pan, I use a Pyrex
  3. Mix in the honey, mustard, salt and curry powder.
  4. Place the chicken in the sauce and turn to coat well
  5. Put in oven for about one hour, until done.
  6. DURING THE COOKING TIME OCCASIONALLY TURN THE CHICKEN SO IT GETS FLAVORED ON BOTH SIDES WELL.
