Honey cheesecake with almond and coconut crust Recipe

How to make it

  • Crust
  • in a springform pan, combine almond and coconut with melted butter and honey, press into pan and bank the edge
  • bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. let cool
  • filling
  • sprinkle geletin over cold water, after the geletin has softened, bring water to a boil
  • combine cream cheese, cream, honey and vanilla with a mixerr. Mix on high until fluffy
  • pour hot geletin water over and mix well
  • pour into baked crust, refridgorate until set.
