Honey cheesecake with almond and coconut crust

- Crust shopping list
- 1 cup ground almonds, raw shopping list
- 1 cup ground dried unsweetened coconut shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- filling shopping list
- 24 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup honey shopping list
- 1/2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 envolope unflavored geletin shopping list
- 1/4 cups water shopping list
How to make it
- Crust
- in a springform pan, combine almond and coconut with melted butter and honey, press into pan and bank the edge
- bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. let cool
- filling
- sprinkle geletin over cold water, after the geletin has softened, bring water to a boil
- combine cream cheese, cream, honey and vanilla with a mixerr. Mix on high until fluffy
- pour hot geletin water over and mix well
- pour into baked crust, refridgorate until set.
