Blueberry Crumb Pie

- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 5 cups fresh blueberries shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oatmeal shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Press pie crust into 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cinnamon and cornstarch. Mix in bluueberries. Add lemon juice and fold gently to combine. Pour into pie crust.
- In a medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, oatmeal, flour cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix in melted butter with fork (or hands) until crumbly. Spread evenly over the pie filling.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until top is browned. Cool on a wire rack.
