Pumpkin Muffins

These are very yummie and moist, the recipe came from the Baxter House Bed & Breakfast
Ingredients
- pumpkin Muffins shopping list
- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour shopping list
- 3 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 4 eggs (beaten) shopping list
- 1 c. oil shopping list
- 2/3 c. water shopping list
- 2 c. mashed pumpkin shopping list
- nuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, combine eggs, oil, water, pumpkin and mix well. Add to dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in greased muffin pan.
