Carrot Cake

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups salad oil shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 3 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 cups grated carrot shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar, oil, and eggs; beat well.
- Blend in flour and cinnamon.
- Add carrots and nuts, mixing well.
- Pour into a well-greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake test done.
- Yield: one 10-inch cake.
