- 1 heaped tbsp cocoa in 2 tbsp boilng water - mix and cool the paste . shopping list
- 110 g plain flour shopping list
- 110g soft brownsugar shopping list
- 110 g cold butter , diced shopping list
- 2 L eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- ............................. shopping list
- Topping : shopping list
- 100 ml cream , shopping list
- 1 tbsp strong black coffee shopping list
- Iicing sugar to taste shopping list
- chocolate pwd and rasps or chocolate covered beans shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
- Beat everything until creamy .
- Scoop then into 12 paper cases , 2/3 full .
- Bake 20 to 25 mins .
- Cool it .
- Topping :
- Whisk the cream , coffee and the icing sugar till stiff .
- Drop a tsp onto each cake , dust with chocolate pwd .
- Add chocolate covered beans/ buttons or Chocolare Rasps .
