Graham Cracker Noodle Puddding Souffle

- 1/2 lb fine noodles shopping list
- 1/4 lb butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 lb creamed cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/4 lb cream cheese shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 pint sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 4Tbs butter shopping list
- 4 Tbs sugar shopping list
- dash cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Make crumb topping: mix crumbs with butter, sugar and cinnamon.
- Set aside
- Boil noodles slowly 3/4 hour ( time is accurate ).
- Drain.
- Do not rinse.
- Add butter and mix till butter melted.
- Add and mix remainder of ingredients, mixing by hand.
- Place in a large 9 x 13 or similar pan.
- Sprinkle on crumb topping.
- Bake 350 F about 1 hour.
