Chicken In A Crescent Recipe
These are so good and they freeze well. Great for last minute company.

Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs. crescent rolls
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,softened
  • 2 c. cooked cubed chicken(great for leftover chiken or turkey)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tlb. milk
  • 1 tlb. chopped chives or onion
  • crushed seasoned croutons

Directions
  1. In a bowl blend cream cheese and 2 tlbs. melted butter until smooth.
  2. Add chicken,salt,pepper,milk and onion, set aside.
  3. Seperate dough into 4 triangles-seal edges together.
  4. Spoon 1/2 c. mixture into center of each. Bring up corners and twist.
  5. Brush remaining melted butter and dip into crushed croutons.
  6. Bake on ungreased baking pan, 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. You can also make these up and freeze before baking. They freeze well and are great to pop into the oven for last minute company.

Oh my gosh, this sounds good. I love anything with chicken and cresent rolls. My hubby is working this weekend. I think I'll try it. cant try anything new when he's here. Hes picky.


I can just about imagine them bubbly in the oven - yum! Sounds like a winner for this weekend!


These would be great for a party!
