How to make it

  • Cream butter and brown sugar till fluffy
  • Add flour, milk, and vanilla
  • Mix well
  • Stir in peanut butter chips
  • Shape into 1 inch balls
  • Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet
  • Place in fridge for 1 to 2 hours or until firm
  • Melt almond bark in microwave till smooth
  • Dip balls in almond bark
  • Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet
  • Place in fridge till firm, about 15 minutes
  • **if desired, melt leftover peanut butter chips and drizzle over chocolate coated balls before placing in fridge**
  • ***store in fridge***
