Ingredients
  • tablespoons sesame oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons hot oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into fine strips
  • 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Sesame Breton or Breton Crackers
  • .

Directions
  1. In heavy skillet heat oil. Sauté garlic and chicken strips in oil until browned.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except crackers; stir to blend.
  3. Serve warm in a crock with Breton Crackers.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  5. Serve with sour cream or top with cracker crumbs.
