How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Cut the peppers in half, remove seeds and stems.
  • Blanch the peppers in salt water, rinse and drain well.
  • Blend crab meat and cream cheese into a paste.
  • Spoon into the peppers. Place filled peppers on a baking sheet and
  • stick in the oven for 35 minutes.
