Gnocchi with Wild Mushrooms

- ½ lb. potato gnocchi shopping list
- ¼ c. butter shopping list
- 1 chopped shallot shopping list
- 1 minced garlic shopping list
- ½ lb wild mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- ½ c. whipping cream shopping list
- 2 green onions, sliced shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- ¼ tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook gnocchi in boiling water 2-4 minutes, until floating. Drain and cool. Melt butter in skillet; add shallots & garlic. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add prepared gnocchi and cook until heated thoroughly and golden brown. Add cream and green onions and salt & pepper to taste.
