How to make it

  • Cook gnocchi in boiling water 2-4 minutes, until floating. Drain and cool. Melt butter in skillet; add shallots & garlic. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add prepared gnocchi and cook until heated thoroughly and golden brown. Add cream and green onions and salt & pepper to taste.
