Gnocchi With Wild Mushrooms Recipe
A rich and flavourful version of gnocchi.

Ingredients
  • ½ lb. potato gnocchi
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 minced garlic
  • ½ lb wild mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ c. whipping cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Cook gnocchi in boiling water 2-4 minutes, until floating. Drain and cool. Melt butter in skillet; add shallots & garlic. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add prepared gnocchi and cook until heated thoroughly and golden brown. Add cream and green onions and salt & pepper to taste.
