Ranch Taco Chicken Salad

- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips shopping list
- 1 cup Thick 'N chunky salsa, divided shopping list
- 1 bag (16 oz.) salad greens shopping list
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing shopping list
- 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives shopping list
- 12 tortilla chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- COOK and stir chicken in 1/4 cup of the salsa in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
- TOSS with greens and cheese in large bowl.
- ADD remaining 3/4 cup salsa and dressing; toss lightly. Spoon evenly onto 6 salad plates. Decorate each serving with pitted ripe olives , tortilla and dollops of sour cream.
