Frosty Strawberry Squares Recipe

How to make it

  • FILLING:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
  • 16 0z. of frozen strawberries
  • Large kool whip
  • ====================================================
  • Thaw berries about 10 minutes . . . .mix together egg whites, sugar, juice and strawberries. . . beat at high speed until stiff peaks form (about 10-15 minutes). . . .fold-in kool whip. . . .sprinkle about 2/3 crust mixture over the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch dish . . .spoon on filling an sprinkle with crust.
  • Freeze until serving time.
