This sounds like it might be interesting love strawberries.

Ingredients
- CRUSH:
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- ====================================================
- Mix together and spread in a shallow pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350 (or until brown) . . . .stirring occasionally...cool.
Directions
- FILLING:
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
- 16 0z. of frozen strawberries
- Large kool whip
- ====================================================
- Thaw berries about 10 minutes . . . .mix together egg whites, sugar, juice and strawberries. . . beat at high speed until stiff peaks form (about 10-15 minutes). . . .fold-in kool whip. . . .sprinkle about 2/3 crust mixture over the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch dish . . .spoon on filling an sprinkle with crust.
- Freeze until serving time.
