Creme Dementhe Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 white cake mix with pudding

Eggs, oil, water as per the cake mix directions

½ cup green creme de menthe, divided

1 jar fudge ice cream topping

1 (12-oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

Mix cake mix as directed on the box.

Add ¼ cup of the creme de menthe and blend well.

Bake as directed.

Cool.

Spread fudge topping on top of cooled cake.

Mix Cool Whip with the other ¼ cup creme de menthe.

Mix well.

Spread over fudge topping and refrigerate.

Note: I use the creme deMenthe liquor, but you can use the one that you buy in the grocery store that is nonalcoholic and I think sold with ice cream toppings. The alcohol cooks out, but some say not completely, so use your own judgement.
