Ingredients
  • 2 large potatoes Shredded
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup{10 1/4 oz.}
  • 2 cups Shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp, salt
  • 2 cups butter crackers{I use Townhouse crackers}
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine Shredded potatoes sour cream soup chesse oinion pepper Salt Spread into a 9x13 glass casserole dish
  3. In a small pan combined cracker crumbs and butter Sprinkle over potatoe mixture Bake 45 minuts untill Heated through

I have something similiar to this but use frozen hash brown potatoes and corn flakes. Such a good recipe, it's a holiday favorite. I'll try it with fresh potato, thanks Melissa
