These cookies are CHOCO-LICIOUS! Four sources of chocolaty goodness with the richness of semi-sweet chocolate, the creaminess of white chocolate and a chewy pecan kick! Beware: may induce chocolate coma!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour (bread flour for extra chewiness)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F degrees
- Combine dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, & salt
- Over low heat, melt chocolate and butter; stir frequently until smooth; allow to cool
- Beat eggs and sugar for 2 minutes
- Add cooled chocolate mixture, flour mixture, & vanilla, mix on medium speed for 2 minutes
- Stir in pecans and chocolate chips
- Drop spoonfuls of batter 2 inches apart and flatten with back of spoon
- Bake for 13 minutes
- Cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes
- Remove with metal spatula
- Brace yourself for chocolate decadence!
