Bears Chicken And Peppers

- 1 -2 lbs. chicken (breasts, legs, thighs ect.) shopping list
- 1 green, red, and yellow bell pepper cut in strips shopping list
- 1 can pineapple tibbits shopping list
- 1 C. snow or snap peas shopping list
- 2 C. broccoli heads shopping list
- 1/2 med. onion cut in strips shopping list
- 10 or 12 cherry tomatoes or 2 lg. tomatoes quartered shopping list
- 1/4 C. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 bottle kikkoman teriyaki baste & glaze shopping list
- 1/2 C. water shopping list
How to make it
- Put all veggies except peppers in bottom of crockpot or pan.
- add chicken. Add water. Pour pineapple & juice over chicken. Add pepper strips. Pour soy sauce and then glaze over the
- chicken.
- Put crock pot on high for 1 hour, then low for 3 to 4 hours.
- Or put in oven at 425* for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs until chicken is done.
- Serve with hot rice.
- Serves 2 - 4
