  • 1 stick (4 oz) butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 Large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pt (8 oz) whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Chopped nuts
  • Marischino cherries

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix butter, 1/2 cup sugar and cracker crumbs.
  3. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake 5 minutes at 375 degrees.
  5. Cream the cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Slice bananas, pour pineapple juice over bananas and drain off before placing on cream cheese (this keeps them from getting dark).
  8. Whip cream, adding sugar and vanilla; fold in pineapple.
  9. Spread over bananas.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cherries.
  11. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  12. *You can put chocolate sauce on top, too!
