Ingredients
  • 4 salmon steaks ( 6 ounce)
  • 2 diced, pelled, pitted peaches
  • 3/4 cup thawed frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup each finely diced red onion and sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 cup each chopped freah mint and cilantro
  • 2 tbsps. each honey and lime juice, 1/2 tps. salt

Directions
  1. 1. Preheat the grill. Generously oil grill to prevent fish from sticking. Grill over moderately heat 8 inches from the heat until cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  2. 2. Spoon salsa over fish.
