Grilled Salmon with Peach Salsa

- 4 salmon steaks ( 6 ounce) shopping list
- 2 diced, pelled, pitted peaches shopping list
- 3/4 cup thawed frozen corn kernels shopping list
- 1/2 cup chili sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup each finely diced red onion and sweet red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup each chopped freah mint and cilantro shopping list
- 2 tbsps. each honey and lime juice, 1/2 tps. salt shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat the grill. Generously oil grill to prevent fish from sticking. Grill over moderately heat 8 inches from the heat until cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- 2. Spoon salsa over fish.
