Ingredients

1 onion

4 oz feta cheese

2 cps mashed potatoes

Directions

chop onion and fry in oil till tender

put onion in a bowl and let it cool a little

crumble feta on top of onion and mix well with a fork

add feta onion mix to potatoes and mix well

make patties 3 in in diameter

fry patties in oil [i like bacon grease]
