Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Directions
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Combine brown sugar and oil.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add vanilla, nuts and chips.
- Blend well and stir in dry ingredients.
- Spread in greased pan size (10 1/2 by 15 1/2).
- Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
- While warm cut into squares, makes about 40 squares.
