a fricken vegetarian stew

- 4 parsnips, peeled, cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 sweet potatoes, chopped into chunks shopping list
- 2 zucchini, thickly sliced shopping list
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (or 5 fresh ones) shopping list
- 1 can chick peas, (garbanzo beans) drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup cous cous shopping list
- 1/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 tsp ground coriander seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp tumeric shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cumin shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
How to make it
- Throw everything in a big pot, bring to the boil then simmer for about 20 minutes ill the vegies are tender. TOO FRICKEN EASY!!!
- *** You can serve the cous cous separatey if you want, but thats just more dishes int it? and i like how it make the stew all thick like when you cook it in with it.
