The dough is usually sold at Middle Eastern ( Greek- Turkish, etc etc ) and similar grocers in large cities. It comes frozen, like phyllo dough which may substituted for the recipes but the texture of the shredded dough is appealing in many recipes. Check the Net, maybe it can be ordered online.
