Elaines Meatloaf

                    - 1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 lb lean ground pork shopping list
- 1/2 lb lean ground turkey shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry oat bran cereal shopping list
- 3/4 medium-sized onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 2 tbsp dried basil shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (KIKKOMAN is my preference, personally!) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 oz dry red wine shopping list
- 1.4 cup sour cream shopping list

- The Veggie layer: shopping list
- 3/4 cup diced celery shopping list
- 3/4 cup red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup wax beans, french cut shopping list
- 3/4 cup slivered carrots shopping list
How to make it 
                    - In a large bowl, combine:
- beef, pork, turkey, eggs, and bran cereal.
- Mix well. Add the eggs, and combine thoroughly
- Add the parsley and basil, soy sauce, salt and pepper, and red wine.
- Mix together well, and set aside...
- ----------------------------------------------------
- The veggie layer:
- Combine all four veggie ingredients, and mix well.
- Take 1/2 of the meatloaf mixture, and set the other half aside.
- In a large, deep baking dish, place the first half of the meat mixture, pressing down well to flatten.
- Add the veggie combination on top.
- Now add the second half of the meat on top of the veggie layer, pressing down to an even, flat level.
- Brush the top of the meatloaf with the sour cream.
- Bake at 365*F for 45 minutes, or until the top is browned nicely, and all juices run clear.
