Baked low carb pasta in the key of healthy

- Dreamfields low carb pasta only shopping list
- marinara sauce to your liking adding Zinfadel wine shopping list
- add fresh parsely shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- dot with cheese try laughing cow light/low fat version shopping list
- drizzle some olive oil shopping list
- low fat sour cream or shopping list
- avocado optional shopping list
How to make it
- make Dreamfields pasta only
- when done add your favorite marinara sauce
- add some zinfadel wine to your sauce
- mix together and put in baking dish
- top with fresh parsely and fresh basil
- drizzle olive oil over the top
- dot with cheese of your choice/laughing cow light
- when finished top with some low fat sour cream and avocado and this dish is low carb and yummy
- bake around forty minutes at 350...serve piping hot and good for your blood sugar now....
- USE ONLY DREAMFIELDS PASTA!!!
