low carb pasta by Dreamfields with only five digestable carbs suitable for diabetics and one gram of sugar...make pasta add your favorite marinara sauce and put in baking dish topped with your favorite cheese.

Ingredients
  • Dreamfields low carb pasta only
  • marinara sauce to your liking adding Zinfadel wine
  • add fresh parsely
  • garlic
  • dot with cheese try laughing cow light/low fat version
  • drizzle some olive oil
  • low fat sour cream or
  • avocado optional

Directions
  1. make Dreamfields pasta only
  2. when done add your favorite marinara sauce
  3. add some zinfadel wine to your sauce
  4. mix together and put in baking dish
  5. top with fresh parsely and fresh basil
  6. drizzle olive oil over the top
  7. dot with cheese of your choice/laughing cow light
  8. when finished top with some low fat sour cream and avocado and this dish is low carb and yummy
  9. bake around forty minutes at 350...serve piping hot and good for your blood sugar now....
  10. USE ONLY DREAMFIELDS PASTA!!!
