How to make it

  • make Dreamfields pasta only
  • when done add your favorite marinara sauce
  • add some zinfadel wine to your sauce
  • mix together and put in baking dish
  • top with fresh parsely and fresh basil
  • drizzle olive oil over the top
  • dot with cheese of your choice/laughing cow light
  • when finished top with some low fat sour cream and avocado and this dish is low carb and yummy
  • bake around forty minutes at 350...serve piping hot and good for your blood sugar now....
  • USE ONLY DREAMFIELDS PASTA!!!
