Hamburger Hot Dogs Recipe
I saw this and thought it was different and just had to add it. It said 1/2 milk I guess that means cup I am not sure on that one. Guessing on cook time.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. crushed blue cheese crackers
  • 1/2 milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 8 slices bacon

Directions
  1. Soak crackers in milk until soft---add beef, onion, salt and pepper and blend thouroughly.
  2. Turn mixture out into 8 x 8 wax paper lined pan.
  3. Divide into 8 equal portions.
  4. Shape each portion into shape of hot dog.
  5. Wrap each hot dog with bacon and secure with toothpick.
  6. Place on broiler rack in broiler pan.
  7. Place pan so food is 4 to 5 inches from unit.
  8. Broil 9 to 10 minutes on first side, or until bacon is done.
  9. Turn broil second side 3 to 5 minutes or until bacon is done.

Hi!! Most likely, it is 1/2 cup milk, looking at the recipe.
It DOES sound good, and a nice change from ordinary hot dogs! FIVE from here, and thank you!
As for cooking time, broiling doesn't take very long, so your estimate on the time is probably fine :+D
