Ingredients

2 8oz pkg cream cheese

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, like cracker barrel

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 Tbs each of: chopped pimento, chopped onion and chopped green pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Substitutions:

Chives for green pepper and onions

Green olives - salad style - and leave out pimento

Directions

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mix well

Add the remaining ingredients except for nuts, and chill

Shape into balls and roll in nuts

Better if made a day ahead.

I did have it in my recipe 'collection' years ago
but lost it! There was one other ingredient in my recipe "dried beef" cut in very small pieces!
