Crockpot Pork And Cabbage Recipe
Did not have a clue what to do with all my vegetables & pork, so I thought, combine them all and let them slow cook at day It Worked!!!

Ingredients
  • #1
  • 4-6 lbs pork shoulder or roast
  • 1 small onion sliced thin
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced thin
  • 1/3 cup White wine
  • Pepper & Paprika to taste
  • 1 envelope Sazon seasoning
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • #2
  • 1 Large onion sliced thin
  • 1 small head of cabbage sliced
  • 12 small potatoes cut into quarters
  • 1 leek sliced thin
  • 3 carrots sliced 1" thick
  • 1 green pepper cut into cubes

Directions
  1. Place pork in large bowl, pour soup, wine & olive oil over pork
  2. Add onion & garlic, toss
  3. Sprinkle balance of #1 ingredients and marinade overnite or atleast 6 hours,
  4. Turn often
  5. In large crockpot, add potatoes, cabbage, and other vegetables (if you have other veggies you want to add, be creative),
  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, caraway (if you want)
  7. Place pork on top and pour marinade over top,
  8. Place on low heat or 8-10 hour setting and forget about it,
  9. When ready to serve, I made a gravy from the juices to pour over.
  10. It is so tender, the meat falls apart,
  11. Serve with a good piece of bread,
  12. Easy cleaning too!!!!, One pot to clean......
  13. Enjoy!!!
