Spicy Rice Pilaf Recipe

Spicy Rice Pilaf Recipe
This is a low fat dish that my sister and I enjoy very much (especially when dieting) 1 1/2 cups equals WW points. It can be served as an entree or side dish. I originally got this recipe from Taste of Home MAgazine.
