This Delicious recipe came from our local grocery store. It's easy to do and tastes great! Serve with small red potatoes, and a salad,yummy!

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh sage, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ( 9 oz.) flank steaks ( london broil)
  • Red Potatoes.........
  • small red potatos
  • olive oil
  • rosemary
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat broiler. Blend rosemary, sage, olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and garlic in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly on both sides of steaks, press lightly to help mixture adhere to meat.
  2. Place steaks on rack of broiler pan. Broil 2 to 3 inches from heat, 6 to 9 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
  3. Red Potatoes......
  4. Boil and drain potatoes.
  5. Toss with olive oil, rosemary and pepper.
