Everytime I make these,they get rave reviews. Great with chocolate icing! From Allrecipes.

Ingredients
  • 1/2c peanut butter
  • 1/3c margarine ,softened
  • 2/3c white sugar
  • 1/2c packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2tsp vanilla
  • 1c flour
  • 1tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4tsp salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9" baking pan.
  2. In med. bowl,cream together peanut butter,and margarine. Gradually blend in brownsugar,white sugar,eggs and vanilla;mix until fluffy. Combine flour,baking powderand salt;stir into peanut butter mixture until well blended.
  3. Bake 30-35 min in preheated oven,ot till tops spring back when touched. Cool,cut into 16 squares
