Spicy Buffalo Wing Style Fries Recipe

The flavours of buffalo wings but on french fries! These are seriously addictive. Just like with buffalo wings, these can get messy -- you might want a fork or at least some extra napkins! Finger licking goooooood. :)

Ingredients
  • 1 kg package frozen french fries (thick, extra crisp style works best)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 3 - 4 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or other similar hot pepper sauce)
  • 1/2 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing

Directions
  1. Bake the french fries according to directions.
  2. While the fries are baking, melt the butter in a pan and add in the hot sauce.
  3. When fries are finished baking, place them in a big bowl and drizzle with hot sauce and butter mixture. Toss to coat.
  4. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing, on the side, for dipping. :) (You can also drizzle the ranch/bleu cheese just right on top too if you wish)
