Thai Coleslaw - Claim Jumper Recipe

Thai Coleslaw - Claim Jumper Recipe
This cole slaw has a wonderful blend of flavors - but not too spicy for those with more delicate stomachs. We loved this at Claim Jumper, and now that we don't live near one, we can make it at home.
