Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg - beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup flour - all purpose
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions
  1. Cream, butter, peanut butter and sugars.
  2. Add egg and mix well.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add to the mixture.
  4. Chill dough.
  5. Roll into small balls.
  6. Bake on greased cookie sheet.
  7. 375*
  8. 12-15 minutes
