Just mu opinion, and PLEASE don't take any offense, because your recipe is GREAT............ you might try this with additional chicken pieces and onion, and turn it into a baked casserole dish, too! Add some diced carrots and some peas. delicious. I have made it this way often, and the protein value is tripled! :+D

Lovely combo of flavors ----- and rice is sooooooooo good!! Have you tried this dish with wild rice> Just curious. Wild rice has that special 'nutty' flavor -- takes longer to cook, but it would really go great with this recipe (IMHO!)
FIVE, and thank you so much for sharing this! :+D

Sounds yummy! This is how I do my chicken and rice, except I bake it...but love the way it sounds without the chicken for a side! ^5

Love this, sounds great! You could also add broccoli to this along with the chicken.
