Ingredients
  • 4 T butter, softened
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • 1/2 t lemon juice
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 3/4 c confectioners' sugar

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Stir in confectioners' sugar, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
