Sausage Gravy And Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 pound Original recipe pork sausage roll
  • 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 prepared biscuits

Directions
  1. Fry sausage in butter until brown; add salt and pepper.
  2. Mix 2/3 cup milk and the flour together; set astde.
  3. Add 1 1/3 cups milk to the sausage and heat to just under a boil.
  4. Add the milk and flour mixture; stir until thickened.
  5. Serve hot over biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers.
