Chili Reanos

- 1/2 -medium white onion(diced) shopping list
- 1-14oz whole stewed tomatoes (drained,or use fresh shopping list
- 4-pablonos(blackened and peeled and seeded) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chicken stock shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
- dash cinnamin shopping list
- 8 oz monterey jack shopping list
- 6-egg s seperated shopping list
- 1-tblsn all purpose flour shopping list
- 1-stick Crisco for deep frying pablonos shopping list
- sour cream on top shopping list
How to make it
- Sauce
- brown onion in sauce pan lightly
- add drained stewed tomatoe
- add dash cinnamin and pepper
- cook for 20 minutes on simmer,
- then add chicken at end
- take your cleaned blackened pablonos and stuff with monterey jack cheese
- in mixer beat egg whites stiff then fold into yolk and 1 tblspoon flour
- dip pablonos in egg mixture and deep fry until golden brown about 2 minutes on eash side place on rack to drain and place in oven for 30 minutes on 350
- on plate place reanoladdle sauce on top and sponful sour cream to the side
