Tofu Gravy

- tofu-3 (cut into small cubes) shopping list
- Dry chilly-2 shopping list
- garlic cloves-6(thinly cut) shopping list
- tomato-3 (chopped) shopping list
- Chilly powder-1tsp shopping list
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp shopping list
- Coriender seeds-2tsp shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- bean sprouts-10 shopping list
How to make it
- Slightly fry the tofu and keep aside
- Make a coarse powder of 2drychilly&coriender seeds
- In a oil fry the coarse powder for 3min,add chopped garlic&fry golden
- Then add,tomatoes,chilli powder,turmeric powder,bean sprouts
- Once it is cooked,cool down &make into a paste
- Add the paste to the tofu&cook in a low flame for 5-10 min
- Garnish with coriender leaf....

Yep , I agree . Tofu is versatile like eggs .... But since adding tomatoes , I suppose you should finish them within 6 hours or so !!!! Am I rite , Angie ??!!!
