Hot Bacon Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

2 bacon slices

1 (16oz package read to eat coleslaw)

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium high heat until crisp; remove bacon from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet.

Set bacon aside.

Add coleslaw to drippings, saute over medium high heat about 3 minutes.

Add vinegar and next 4 ingredients; cook 1 minute, stirring constlantly.

Remove from heat; crumble bacon, and stir into coleslaw mixture.

Serve warm.

Enjoy!
