A Tropical Sensation Ice Cream Pie

Close your eyes and dream of a tropical paradise while you are enjoying this creamy, dreamy pie!
Ingredients
- *******CRUST******* shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups macaroon cookie crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter - melted shopping list
- ***FILLING*** shopping list
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream - slightly softened shopping list
- 1/2 container frozen pineapple, orange, banana juice concentrate (thawed) shopping list
- **TOPPING** shopping list
- 1 cup gourmet heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 kiwi fruit - peeled, halved, sliced shopping list
- 1 small starfruit - sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in medium bowl; mix well and press onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate
- Stir together ice cream & fruit juice in medium bowl until well mixed.
- Spoon into prepared crust. Cover; freeze until firm (6 hours or overnite)
- Beat whipping cream in small bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form. Gradually stir in powdered sugar.
- Pipe or spoon whipped cream around edge of pie
- Garnish with kiwi or starfruit slices.
