How to make it

  • Peel potatoes and cut in slices
  • Boil potatoes with a dash of salt
  • Drain and place in large bowl
  • Dice onion very good
  • Fry bacon almost crispy
  • Remove bacon from pan, turn off heat and add onions
  • Onions should cook enough in pan without more heat
  • Add onions to the potatoes
  • Pour boiling beef broth over potatoes and onions
  • Chop bacon very fine
  • Mix bacon, vinegar, oil, mustard, bacon and herbs and spices in a small bowl
  • Add mixture to potatoes
  • Zest lemon over potato salad and squeeze juice into salad
  • Turn salad very good and adjust flavor with salt and pepper
  • Serve!
