This is one of my favorite casseroles to make after Thanksgiving, using left over turkey. It has a creamy texture...very deliscious.

Add items to your shopping list
- 1 bag of shredded cheese (use as much as desired)
- 2 C. spagetti noodles (break into small peices)
- 1/3 C. chopped onion
- 2 C. diced turkey
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of evaporated milk (I just use 2% reg milk)
- 1/2 t. ea. of;; celery salt, poultry seasoning, salt & pepper
- 1 t. parsley flakes

Cook spagetti. Sautee onion in butter. In bowl mix; soup, seasonings, butter & onion. gradually add milk. stir in spagetti, stir in shredded cheese. place in greased casserole dish and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
