A nice twist on another popular rice cereal snack. Kids love them. Adults too! This is from Penzey's One magazine.

Ingredients
  • 4c crispy rice cereal
  • 1c peanuts
  • 1/2c white corn syrup
  • 1/2c sugar
  • 1/2c peanut butter
  • 3Tbs marshmallow creme

Directions
  1. Grease a 9x13" pan and set aside. In a large bowl,mix together the cereal and peanuts.
  2. Combine the corn syrup and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil Remove from heat,add peanut butter and marshmallow creme and mix well.
  3. Pour into bowl with the cereal and peanuts and stir to combine.
  4. Pat into greased pan,cut into bars and enjoy!
