Peach Salad With Wine Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

150 grs sugar

3 cinnamon sticks

3 dl red wine

a strip of lemon peel

1 can peaches, drained

Chopped almonds or pine kernels

Directions

Put all the ingredients (except the peaches) in a saucepan.

Boil , in low heat, for 15 minutes.

Pour over the drained peaches and let it cool/chill.

Sprinkle wit chopped almonds or pine kernels and serve.
