Peach salad with wine dressing

This is an elegant way of serving tinned peaches. It is ever so easy, and to make it even better, you could serve it with a dollop of chantilly or ice-cream.
Ingredients
- 150 grs sugar shopping list
- 3 cinnamon sticks shopping list
- 3 dl red wine shopping list
- a strip of lemon peel shopping list
- 1 can peaches, drained shopping list
- Chopped almonds or pine kernels shopping list
How to make it
- Put all the ingredients (except the peaches) in a saucepan.
- Boil , in low heat, for 15 minutes.
- Pour over the drained peaches and let it cool/chill.
- Sprinkle wit chopped almonds or pine kernels and serve.
