How to make it

  • Remove any excess fat from chicken.
  • Put chicken in medium nonmetallic bowl with yogurt and diced onions.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 then place chicken in metal baking pan well covered with yogurt and onions.
  • Bake 40 minutes then broil chicken with at greatest distance from heat until onions blacken.
  • Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
