How to make it
- Remove any excess fat from chicken.
- Put chicken in medium nonmetallic bowl with yogurt and diced onions.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 then place chicken in metal baking pan well covered with yogurt and onions.
- Bake 40 minutes then broil chicken with at greatest distance from heat until onions blacken.
- Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
