Ingredients

How to make it

  • Slice chicken and vegetables
  • Heat wok or skillet on medium-high heat
  • Add garlic and soy sauce
  • Add chicken and vegetables
  • Add curry powder, flour, sugar salt, and milk
  • Stir-fry until chicken is completely cooked
  • If vegetables are still too firm, reduce heat, cover and simmer
  • Feel free to add or omit any vegetables you'd like
  • Add additional milk and curry if needed for desired taste
  • Enjoy with a side of wheat basmati rice!

    This is so tasty! It's so nice to find a recipe that is healthy, yummy, and super quick to make! I had thought it could potentially be blah, but it's fabulous. I used 2T thai red curry paste instead of the curry powder, added onion, and subbed green beans for the broccoli. This will become a weekly staple. My boyfriend doesn't believe me that it's healthy. :)

    Hey...This sounds good...Have saved it...May try to make it tomorrow...As I'm Not really tied to any diet,(see photo), I may just try adding a little bit of coconut milk to the mix along with the skim...Thanks for the post...Stewie

    This was perfect! It was extremely nice - and very healthy. I cooked it until the potato was soft, but the veggies were still slightly crispy. I don't like mushrooms, so used bell peppers instead.
