Calzone That The Kids Will Eat Recipe

Ingredients

pizza dough already made

low fat ricotta cheese

low fat parmesean cheese shredded

brocalli chopped up

olive oil

Directions

this is simple to make

buy some pizza dough and roll it out to make it thin

put a litte flour underneath

then coat it thinly with some flour

in a mixing bowel put low fat ricotta cheese

put shredded parmesean cheese

put chopped up brocallil and mix together

Then put in on top of the pizza dough

Then fold the pizza in half and make sure the edges are sealed

take a fork around the edges and press to seal

then coat the sealed pizza dough with some olive oil

brush it over the top

sprinkle withe parmesean cheese and place in oven at 450 for 15 mintues and calzone that the kids will eat
